Project Oriented Resources

Many of our engagements, which cross all of our service lines, are related to one-time events for which clients are in need of resources. These events can range from changes in an organization due to M&A activities and system implementations to the response to newly enacted rules and regulations.

Our Adams Harris professionals are able to assist clients with the various initiatives and tasks related to these events. We can either maintain overall project management responsibilities, or manage these projects with internal client resources. In addition, we can work under the direction of management, or coordinate with another service provider such as an external audit firm.

For all cases, our goal is to ensure that project initiatives are clearly defined, results are communicated frequently, and the overall project is completed on time and on budget.
